两支路冷储备自动循环调配系统的维修性研究

         

摘要

自动循环调配系统广泛应用于空调、太阳能照明等产品的工作状态切换,为了掌握其维修性对产品维修性和可靠性的影响方式与程度,研究了带一个修理工的两支路冷储备自动循环调配系统的维修性问题,指出串联系统模型的假设在该类系统维修性估计中存在的问题或不足,根据转换开关故障立即导致系统故障和仅在开关进行系统工作状态切换时才导致系统故障的两种不同影响模式,应用Markov理论分别导出系统故障寿命和维修时间均服从指数分布的稳态系统可用度、故障率、平均无故障工作时间和平均维修时间的表达式.将研究成果应用于某型号挂壁式空调的维修性估计中,验证了方法的正确性.%The automatic circulation system is widely used in changing function or working state of air conditioning,solar lighting and other products or systems.The maintainability for a repairman of automatic cycle allocation cold standby system with two branch was researched,and the deficiencies of estimation method based on series system model assumptions were pointed out.According to the two different effect modes of fault switch affecting system function,the expressions of steady-state system availability,failure rate,mean time to failures and mean time to repairs which exponentially distributed of service life and maintenance time were derived by Markov chain theory.The method was applied to the maintainability estimation of a wall-typed air-conditioning system,and its effectiveness was verified.
