基于网络的管道燃气IC卡管理系统的设计和实现

分析了智能卡在管道燃气计费和收费系统中的应用及前景，介绍了一种基于网络的管道燃气IC卡管理系统的设计方案与实现形式.%In this paper, we will analyses the applications and foregrouds of IC cards in pipe gas payment systems,and introduce the realization of a net-based IC card management system ,which is for pipe gas payment.
