基于最小熵产的飞机环境控制系统优化分析

         

摘要

针对飞机环境控制系统的优化分析问题,提出采用以热力学第二定律为基础的熵产分析方法.选取起飞、加速爬升和高空超音速巡航为设计点,以系统熵产最小为目标函数,将热交换器效率、压气机和涡轮压力比、引气质量流量作为设计变量,建立优化模型.在优化计算结果的基础上分析设计变量对系统熵产的影响,该分析结果对飞机环境控制系统的优化设计具有一定指导作用.%For the aircraft Environmental Control System(ECS) optimization analysis, entropy generation analysis method based on the second law of thermodynamics is proposed. The flight phase of take-off, climb and supersonic penetration is chosen be design point, system entropy generation minimum is chosen be objective function, the optimization model is established through choose efficiency of primary and second heat exchanger, pressure ratio of compressor and turbine, flow ratio of heat exchanger, mass flow of bleed air be design variables. The relationship between system entropy generation and design variables is analyzed based on optimization calculation results. Analysis results have some instruct function on aircraft environmental control system optimization design.
