基于SOPC的三相电参数采集系统设计

     

摘要

For the cumbersome process of on-line meter calibration system in the grid, this paper designs a three-phase electrical paramenters acquisition system based on System on Programmable Chip(SOPC). With the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) device XC3sl600e as the core, it uses the three-phase signal acquisition chip AD7656 for high-precision synchronous sampling, expands the high-capacity DDR SDRAM as the cache, builds in a Medium Access Control(MAC) controller to establish Ethernet communication links, employs the MicroBlaze processor to manage the modules and provides the software packages. Test results prove that the performances of this collector meet the design requirements and the system works stable.%现有电网企业在线校表系统的操作流程较繁琐.为此,设计一种基于可编程片上系统的三相电参数采集系统.该系统以现场可编程门阵列器件XC3S1600E为核心,选用三相电信号采集芯片AD7656进行高精度同步采样,扩充大容量DDR SDRAM作为系统运算缓存,内置媒体访问控制器建立以太网通信链路,配置MicroBlaze处理器管理各模块,并提供配套软件.测试结果证明,该系统各项性能指标均符合要求,且运行稳定.
