针对微电子工艺发展所带来的电路集成密度大、结构复杂的问题,提出一种基于复杂网络理论的电路分析和优化方法.该方法以IBM-PLACE2.0超图基准电路为研究对象,分析该电路的度分布、聚类系数等网络特征,发现其有无标度和小世界的性质,从而给出大规模集成电路的优化设计方法.实验结果表明,该优化方法能提高大型电路的鲁棒性和使用效率.%Aiming at the problem that, with the developments micro-elctronics industrial art. The integration density of cireuit is arge and the structure is complex, this paper propose:cireuit analysis and optimizhton methodbased on complex network theory.Take the benchmark circuits of IBM-PLACK 20 as research object.By analyzing the circuit's edgree dustrubytion and clustering coefficient.it finds the circuit having both scale-free and small-world eharacteristics.then. Presents the circuils optimization design meihod for large-scale integrated circuit. Experimental results show that the optimizhtion method can enhance the robustness and availability of large-scale cirenit.
