基于FINC模型的作战体系定量评估方法

摘要

针对信息化作战条件下的作战体系对抗特点,提出一种扩展的FINC模型.在此基础上,从情报延迟、单元协作、执行能力以及决策支持4个方面对作战体系效能指标进行量化评估,从而得出作战体系的反应速度、协作水平、执行能力和信息支持状况.实验结果表明,该方法可以保证作战体系中信息流通的速度以及彼此协作的水平.%Aiming at the characteristics of combat system under the condition of information flight, this paper puts forward an extended FINC(Force, Intelligence, Network, and C2) model. On the basis of this model, it proposes the efficiency measures of the combat system with a quantitative method from the aspects of intelligence delay, unit coordination, execution ability and decision support, reflecting the corresponding combat capability. Experimental result demonstrates the significance of this method in the evaluation of information flow and coordination capacity.
