Office automation is a new pattern to handle official business,which combinesith functions of network.It is the inexorable trend of informationization society.web-based fice automation consists of three parts:managementof public circulation,management of twork,and management and maintenance of system.%　　办公自动化是将现代化办公和计算机网络功能结合起来的一种新型的办公方式，是信息化社会的必然方向。基于Web 开发技术的办公自动化系统主要由公文流转管理、信息网站管理、系统维护管理三大模块组成。本文主要探讨了基于 Web 办公自动化系统的研究与开发。
