多媒体通信平台设计及业务实现

摘要

The appearance of the multimedia conference system effectively enhanced the communication efficiency of people. However, the high price and maintenance cost of the traditional multimedia communication platform which based on hardware make most of the enterprises step back. And, the multimedia conference system purely based on software also cannot satisfy the needs of the medium-small scale enterprise to conduct a high quality multimedia conference due to the high requirements of the general processor and the low media quality. In accordance with this realistic needs, this design adopted the open source MCU and the asterisk soft switch platform which using the SIP protocol and external DSP as signal protocol and media server respectively. This design is a multimedia communication platform based both on software and hardware, and it also realized the HD video conference.%多媒体会议系统的出现有效提高了人们的沟通效率。传统采用纯硬件的多媒体通信平台，由于价格昂贵，维护困难，让很多企业都望而却步；而单纯的以软件构建的多媒体会议系统又由于对通用处理器要求较高、媒体质量不佳等原因，无法满足中小企业对高质量多媒体会议的需求，针对这一现实需求，本设计采用开源MCU，并搭建Asterisk作为软交换平台，以SIP协议为信令协议，外扩DSP作为媒体服务器，软硬件相结合的多媒体通信平台，并在此基础上实现高清视频会议业务。
