为了进一步提高企业协同管理能力,提高企业的沟通效率,减低企业的会议费用,首先简要介绍了视频会议系统及其组成、采用的标准,并以某大型国有企业A为例,提出并详细闸述了视频会议系统的建设与设备配置,最后指出视频会议系统建设主要存在的问题以及改进措施,为企业的视频会议系统建设提供参考借鉴,具有较强的现实意义。%In order to improve the ability of enterprise management,improve enterprise efifciency of communica-tion,thereby reducing the cost of the enterprises,this paper briefly introduces the video conference system,its composition and international standard,and with a large state-owned enterprise A as an example,puts forward and expounds in detail the construction and equipment conifguration of the video conference system,Finally it points out that the construction of video conference system,the main problems and improvement measures,to provide a reference for the same types of enterprises about the construction of video conference system,which has strong practical signiifcance.
