摘要

The number extraction and sending program was designed with Visual Basic6.0,flash, Photoshop and other drawing software. A long period of actual use showed that:The program was feasible and effective. The main functions of the procedure included:Separating quickly and accurately the phone number of mobile, telecommunications and Unicom and storing them in the corresponding text ifles according to each operator requirements;Eliminating effectively the ifxed telephone number or non-mobile phone;Sending the number documents by the batch ifle to the designated location from Hebei professional observatory;Opening the number storage folder and entering the mailbox by shortcut,etc.%主要利用Visual Basic6.0语言编程技术，辅以lfash、photoshop等画图软件美化程序界面，结合实际工作需要，编写了121按9定制气象短信号码提取与发送程序。经过一定阶段的测试和业务工作的试运行，证明了程序的可行性和有效性。程序的主要功能有：快速准确地把移动、电信、联通号码分离并按各运营商的要求存入相应的文本文件；能够有效剔除固定电话号码或非手机号段号码；批处理文件将号码文件发往河北省专业气象台指定位置；快捷方式打开号码存放文件夹；快捷方式进入发送邮箱等。
