With the development of technology, the popularity of computers, software applications are increasingly being used. As software quality guarantee, software testing is particularly important. This paper first describes software testing management, process management and software testing tools analyzed, final design and implementation of software test management tool for a detailed explanation.%随着科技的发展，计算机的普及，软件的应用也越来越广泛。而作为软件质量的保障，软件测试显得尤为重要。本文先是对软件测试管理进行阐述，然后对软件测试过程管理工具进行了分析，最后对软件测试管理工具的设计与实现进行了详细的说明。
