随着信息技术的快速发展，各高校的二级部门均针对自身需求设计与开发了自己的应用系统，这些系统大都早于档案管理系统的建设，同时在建设时缺乏学校层面的整体规划和统一标准，不仅存在技术实现方面的不同，也存在管理方式的差异，导致了严重的“信息孤岛”现象[1]。本文提出基于Web Service的数字档案资源集成的解决方案，就是为了能对各种异构平台、不同格式的数据源及异构业务系统之间的数据进行集成和归档，从而实现数字档案信息资源的共享。%Along with the improvement of the information technology,each unit set up their own application systems, However, the system of the school main business is constructed earlier than the file management system of archives and these business systems are lack of overall planning and unified standards of the school level. Thus, it not only has difference in management style, but also varies in the implementation technology, resulting in a serious "information island" phenomenon. This paper puts forward the mode of digital archive resources integra-tion based on Web Service. On this basis, it implements data exchange and integration between various heteroge-neous platforms, different formats of data source and heterogeneous business systems, so as to realize digital ar-chive information resources sharing.
