Electric power enterprises undertake a variety of projects. Effective project management is an important foundation for the success of the project. However, as projects of electric power enterprises are generally of complex and variable, and require continuously running, tradi-tional project management systems are difficult to handle them. A component-based electric power enterprise project management system is introduced, which fully takes advantage of dynamic system and component. The system takes concept of component as basis of the system, and fulfills project management component, user management component, task management component and data statistics component. The system function includes project addition, project dele-tion, project updating and project browsing; user addition, user deletion and user delete and user information modifica-tion; task releasing, task modification, task deletion and task browsing; as well as data analysis. The system is able to be used for electric power enterprises projects management. It is also compatible existing project management systems.
