具有分站功能的多通道压力测量系统

摘要

在煤矿的生产中需要精确测量多个压力信号,并将信号传输到上位机中,因此提出了应用 XTR105 进行信号调理的方法,通过电压电流信号的转换,保证了数据的稳定性和抗干扰性,同时在系统中加入了两路频率信号的输入,使系统具有了分站功能.实验结果表明,该系统抗干扰性强、测量精度高,可以应用于环境条件复杂的工业现场中.%Nowadays,some pressure measurement system require higher and higher on the performance of an-ti-interference and measurement precision.In response to this issue,proposes a method to regulate the signal by using XTR105.Including the conversion of voltage and current signals,designed a high-precision,multiple circuits pressure measurement system additionally.It turns out that,this system perform well on measurement precision in stong inter-fence experiments,can be applied to complex environmental conditions in the industrial field.
