“岗学交替、轮转互动”的现代学徒制教学模式的探索-以高职软件技术专业为例

     

摘要

After analyzing the bottleneck problem of modern apprenticeship, from the perspective of school-enter-prise integration and build a common religion, software technology professional of Su zhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology as an example, build co-teach angle, combined Suzhou Jianxiong Vocational College of Software Tec-hnology, from the construction of ideas, objectives, building paths To analyze the “jobs and learning replacement and rotary interaction” teaching model of modern apprenticeship, construction of a “skilled craftsman” master team by school-enterprise co-cultured using each other to hire another part-time, the “jobs and learning replacement and rotary interaction” curriculum, develop professional courses, build a teaching resource, create a cross-enterprise training center, “jobs and learning replacement and rotary interaction” together teaching process, modern apprenticeship mixed evaluation mechanisms and improve the construction of modern apprenticeship system and other system path, etc.were stated. to giving Higher Modern Apprenticeship pilot reform proposals and providing a reference model.%在分析现代学徒制瓶颈问题的基础上,从校企深度融合、共建共教的角度,结合苏州健雄职业技术学院软件技术专业,从建设思路、目标、建设路径等方面对“岗学交替、轮转互动”的现代学徒制教学模式进行了全面分析,重点阐述了校企共培共用、互聘互兼培养“能工巧匠”师傅队伍、共定“岗学交替、轮转互动”的课程体系、共同开发专业课程、共建教学资源、营造跨企业培训中心、共施“岗学交替、轮转互动”的教学流程、现代学徒混合评价机制和完善现代学徒制制度体系等建设路径,为高职现代学徒制试点工作提供改革建议和参考模型。
