面向平安城市的视频监控前端呼叫设计研究

摘要

在平安城市的建设中，管理平台对视频监控前端呼叫越来越重要。为了完善对视频监控前端的呼叫效果，设计了一种视频监控前端呼叫方案。首先简析了SIP、RTP/RTCP协议原理；设计了视频监控系统整体结构，定义了各主要组成部件的功能。然后分析了视频监控前端呼叫设计思路，设计了RTP Over UDP、RTP Over TCP的呼叫方案，以及NAT穿越方案。本文的设计思路在一些平安城市建设中已开始应用，应用效果良好，具有一定借鉴意义。%In the construction of safe city, it is more and more important that the management platform calls video monitoring fore-terminal. In order to improve the effect of calling video monitoring fore-terminal, it designs a call scheme of video monitoring front-terminal. Firstly, the principle of SIP and RTP/RTCP protocol is analyzed, and it de-signs the whole structure of video monitoring system, and defines the function of each main component. Then, it ana-lyzes the design ideas of video monitoring front-terminal call,and designs the call scheme including RTP Over UDP, RTP Over TCP, and the scheme of NAT traversal.The design idea, in the paper, has been applied in some constructions of safe city, which has a good effect, and has a certain reference significance.
