基于组织结构的智慧城市分布式云架构研究

             

摘要

With state of the new type of urbanization development,the use of cloud computing,big data,Internet and mobile communications and other new information technology to achieve efficient management and operation of the smart city construction becomes the focus of attention.Currently the top design is still a lack of smart city construc-tion research,lack of the overall technology architecture to adapt main body of smart city operation and construction-the government agency,it is universal to not contact between industries in the construction process,prone to infor-mation isolated island,system design problems such as lack of hierarchy.In this paper,based on the organizational structure distributed cloud architecture,referencing the existing common organization structure of government institu-tions and enterprise groups,we construct a multi-tiered,distributed cloud structure,through the transverse connection between fields of industry,forming a kind of flexible,strong expansibility,concise and effective structure adapts the current urban organization system and general city top technical architecture.%随着国家新型城镇化建设的推进发展,利用云计算、大数据、物联网和移动通信等新型信息技术实现城市智慧高效管理和运行的智慧城市建设成为关注的焦点。目前智慧城市研究仍然存在缺乏顶层设计,缺少通用性和适配智慧城市运营和建设主体-政府机构的整体技术架构。同时,城市设计建设过程普遍存在行业之间不联通,容易产生信息孤岛,系统设计缺乏层次性等问题。本文提出一种基于组织结构的智慧城市分布式云架构,以现有政府机构和企业集团的常用组织结构为参考基础,构建多层级、分布式的云结构,在搭建各领域纵向架构的同时,打通行业领域间的横向连接,形成一种结构灵活、扩展性强、简洁高效的适配于目前城市组织系统和通用性的智慧城市顶层技术架构。
