Trace Cache及Trace处理器技术

摘要

Trace Cache和Trace处理器着力解决取指令的带宽，是一种颇具潜力的技术。本文在介绍Trace Cache技术的基础上，结合ILP研究的现状，提出了未来Trace相关技术的研究方向。%Trace Cache and trace processor can achieve high bandwidth of instruction fetch by exploiting instruction reuse.This paper first introduces the trace cache and trace processor structures together with the current ILP study,gives out the trends of trace-processing technology.
