基于动中通链路的TCP协议性能及改进方案研究

     

摘要

研究了动中通的链路特性及其对TCP协议的影响,NS2仿真表明,TCP协议在动中通链路中性能急剧下降,在此基础上,提出了一种单网关划分TCP连接的解决方案,并对解决方案的实现细节进行了研究,主要包括网关位置的选取及总体结构的设计、各段通信协议的选取及网关对TCP协议的优化和改进、网关工作模式及对报文确认机制,提出了一种基于缓冲区的本地报文确认机制.%TCP is a reliable transport protocol tuned to perform well in traditional terrestrial network, but it encounters many problems in SOTM link. First, the characteristic of SOTM link are studied. And then the NS2 simulations are given which shows that TCP performs purely and the performance degrades greatly in SOTM link. At last, a splitting TCP connection scheme using a single gateway is introduced, and accordingly the implantations including the general structure design, the modifications and enhancements for standard TCP, the gateway work mode design and the packet acknowledgement method, are detailed.
