基于H.248协议的SIP网络资源分配策略

         

摘要

To solve the problem of the session initiation protocol (SIP) signaling managing and controlling network resource, the method of improving on end to end communicating service quality in SIP network is researched. H. 248 protocol is introduced to enhance the resource managing ability, then a novel call setup process in push mode and dynamic resource allocation algorithm based on dual-threshold are proposed. Separating the control function from bearer capability, this strategy allocates network resource in real-time to achieve high-efficient transmission. Feasibility and effectivity of this strategy used for bandwidth allocation are proved in experiments that call acceptance rate is increased and both packet lost rate and round trip delay are decreased.%为解决SIP信令无法管理和控制网络资源的问题,对SIP网络中端到端通信服务质量的改进方法进行了研究,引入可拓展其资源管理功能的H.248协议,提出了推模式下的呼叫建立流程和基于双阈值的动态资源调配算法.该策略通过控制与承载功能的分离,实时地调配网络资源,从而实现网络流量的高效传输.实验结果表明,该策略应用于带宽资源调配时可行且有效,不仅可以提高呼叫接纳率,而且可以有效降低分组丢失率和往返时延.
