机械系统虚拟样机故障仿真技术研究

摘要

指出了传统的将基于实物样机的故障模拟结果用于故障研究的不足,分析了机械系统故障仿真技术研究现状、研究了基于虚拟样机的机械系统故障仿真方法,阐述了虚拟样机故障仿真的过程框架及主要功能.分析了虚拟样机故障仿真的三大关键支撑技术,提出了5种机械系统故障注入方法,指出了机械系统虚拟样机故障仿真技术下一步的研究重点、%The defects of traditional real prototype fault simulation method applied to mechanical fault study are pointed out.The present state of fault simulation technique for mechanical system is analyzed.The VP-based fault simulation technique is presented and the frame construction and main function of VP-based fault simulation technique are listed.Three support techniques of VP-based fault simulation technique are studied.And five methods of fault injection are proposed.Finally, the research direction of VP-based fault simulation technique is pointed out.
