基于运动控制卡的两轴转台控制系统设计

         

摘要

In order to get related parameters faster and safer in the research field of numerical control systems and aviation model, a method of construct a platform for simulating test is put forward. The method mainly used VHDL to design the bottom soft control module based on the mesa motion control card. At the same time, a closed-loop controller designed in MATLAB based on Linux environment isused. The presented method can realize precise control ofthe two-axis turntable, which is demonstrated by the results ofthe simulation testing. Through tests, the all-digital-pulse turntable control system can run accurately and stability, which meets the requirements of varies kinds of precise measurement and simulation testing.%为了安全快捷地获取数控系统及航空模型等研究领域不便测取的相关参数,提出了搭建一套仿真测试平台的方案.借助mesa运动控制卡,用VHDL(超高速集成电路硬件描述语言)进行底层控制软模块设计,同时调用Linux操作系统环境下Matlab中设计的闭环控制器,实现对两轴转台的精确控制.测试实验结果表明,该全数字脉冲转台控制系统可以精确稳定运行,适用于多种系统精准参数的测量以及小型系统的稳定性、可靠性等性能仿真测试.
