新型纬编平针织物拉伸密度快速检测方法

         

摘要

In order to solve the low efficiency and big errors in the fabric tensile density measurement,a fast measurement for tensile density of weft knitted fabric (jersey fabric) based on image matching is designed.The feature sub-images of space for picture and the similarity algorithm is proposed,which has a good discrimination for fabric structures.When stitch depth equals strand number of yarn,even the material is different,the similarity calculation could at least reach to 55%.The standard fabric module is choosen for batch testing to get the tensile density function of the standard fabric.Compare the similarity between the stretched fabric and the standard fabric in neutral condition,after which can calculate the tensile density of the pending fabric under current state directly.A tensile density detector is developed according to proposed algorithm,experimental results and running tests show that this device is satisfyied in real time and accuracy.%为解决针织物拉伸密度检测效率低下,误差较大的问题,设计了一种基于图像匹配的纬编平针织物拉伸密度快速测量方法,并提出了基于图像空间子区特征图的相似度算法;该算法对织物结构具有很好的区分度,当弯纱深度和纱线股数相同时,即使材质不同,计算相似度最低可达55%;选取用于批量检测的基准织物模板,获得其拉伸密度函数;对拉伸状态下的被测织物和在自然状态下的基准织物进行相似度比较,直接算出待测织物在此状态下的拉伸密度;据所提出的方法自主研发了拉伸密度检测仪,实验测试和现场试运行结果表明,该检测仪达到了较好的检测精度和实时性.
