基于数据驱动的故障预测模型框架研究

         

摘要

To solve the problem that general fault forecasting frame is lacked in the data-driven fault prognostics and improve forecasting precision, a general fault forecasting model and frame are put forword. The merit and demerit of the single fault prognotics method are analyzed. The current situation and problem of the fault prognotics research are pointed out. A general fault forecasting process is studied, and fusion cell is applied into fault prognotics which can be used to characterize the equipment state's data change, the fault forecasting model of data-driven method is put orward, so a general fault prognotics frame is constructed, which provides a kind of reference for the data-driven method.%为解决基于数据驱动的故障预测缺乏统一的预测框架的问题,提高故障预测精度,提出了一种通用的故障预测模型和框架.总结分析了单项故障预测方法的优缺点和故障预测研究现状,研究了基于数据驱动的故障预测的一般过程,将融合单元的概念应用到故障预测领域,用以描述预测过程中设备状态的数据变化,建立了基于数据驱动的故障预测模型,从而得到了一种统一的故障预测框架,为基于数据驱动的故障预测研究提供借鉴.
