To solve the interaction problem of Ontology concepts and web service activity, a new service matching method is presented, the model of combining Ontology-based semantic similarity calculation with QoS-constraint is established. Matching model of this article is constructed virtual mapping function based on the Ontology at the beginning, the Ontology concepts semantic similarity related to the mapping function is calculated, in order to conduct the first service match. Then the QoS effective value on the QoS of the candidate services properties those is calculated after the first matching obtained, in order to conduct the second service match. Thus, it can satisfy user's needs both in functional and non-functional aspects. Through simulation experiment proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed matching strategy.%针对本体概念和Web服务活动的交互问题,提出了一种新的Web服务匹配技术,建立了基于语义相似度匹配和QoS匹配相结合的服务匹配模型.根据本体构造虚拟的映射函数,计算该函数涉及的本体概念的语义相似度,进行第一次服务匹配,计算第一次匹配得出的候选服务集属性的QoS效用值,根据效用值进行服务的第二次匹配,由此实现在功能性、非功能性方面都可以达到用户的需求目标.模拟实验验证了所提匹配策略的可行性与有效性.
