To overcome a variety of defects existing in reflective memory network node card,the design and implementation of a node card with PCI bus was presented.The node card carried a 256 MB memory onboard.The link layer protocol was processed by FPGA programming,while the physical layer used a Serializer/Deserializer transceiver TLK2501 and SFP optical fiber trans-ceiver module.The driver and API functions were designed for the Windows environment application.The generalized stochastic Petri net model of the node card was built and presented.After a series of analysis and derivation,an embedded Markov Chain was obtained with the same structure as the model and the numerical analysis for the performance of the node card was achieved. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that the node card developed can be used to construct a ring reflective memory network with low error rate,high data transfer rate,short delay,linear delay,high stability and reliability.%为克服现有反射内存网络节点卡的多种缺陷,设计实现一种基于 PCI 总线接口的节点卡。该节点卡板载256 MB内存,利用 FPGA 编程实现链路层协议处理,物理层采用串并/并串转换器 TLK2501和 SFP 光纤收发模块。针对 Windows环境应用,设计开发节点卡驱动程序和 API 函数。建立节点卡的广义随机 Petri 网模型,分析推导得到与模型同构的嵌入式 Markov 链,对节点卡的性能进行数值分析。实验和理论分析结果表明,该节点板卡可用于构建环形反射内存网络,其数据传输速率高、延时小且与数据量呈线性关系、工作稳定可靠。
