生化分子多媒体数据库管理系统设计与实现

摘要

文章讨论了在新药物发现与设计中化学分子数据库的结构、设计和应用软件的开发。通过对分子数据库内在结构的分析，提出了一种可行的分子多媒体数据库设计模型，讨论了应用软件基于该数据库模型的各个模块结构和功能，以及软件实现的技术和环境。%This paper discusses the structure,design and software development of molecular multimedia databases for drug discovery. By analyzing the structure and characteristics of the databases,It proposees an efficient model. Based on this model,It discusses function and structure of each module in it,and also technique and platform used in development.
