The data blocks which are compatible with or reverse compatible with the reference data blocks are marked by “0” or “1”.The number of data blocks which are correlative with the reference data blocks is denoted by fixed-length data. Due to its simple architecture,the additional hardware overhead that the decompression circuit requires is very small.Experimental results for the ISCAS'89 benchmark circuits show that this technique can efficiently compress test data.
