基于GLCM与SVM的印刷机收纸故障诊断方法

摘要

提出了印刷画面纹理分析与支持向量机相结合的故障诊断技术，应用于印刷机收纸单元，主要内容包括：采集收纸堆的实时工作图像并进行前处理，通过灰度共生矩阵提取图像纹理特征，针对实际工况利用SVM对纹理特征进行了分析，监测收纸单元的工作状态并判断故障种类，实现了收纸故障的特征提取和故障模式识别。%An automatic fault diagnosis method for receiving paper unit in printing press is given in this paper.The following content are included in this method:Collect the real-time image of receiving paper unit and extract the texture features of image based on Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix;Analyze the feature and realize the automatic classifying of faults with support vec-tor machine.
