一类环形生产系统的DEA效率评价模型

摘要

环形生产系统内部的生产过程处于循环状态，针对这一不同于其他网络系统的突出特点，分析其单个动态循环阶段，建立评价单阶段环形生产过程的DEA（数据包络分析）模型；将其推广到整体循环过程，进行环形生产系统的DEA效率评价，定义了此网络决策单元的DEA有效性。通过实例证明了该模型的可行性和实用性。%The interior process of circular production system is in circulation condition, contrary to this salient feature that is different from other network systems, first of all, this paper analyzes the single dynamic cycle phase of it, sets up the DEA model to evaluate single phase of circular production process. Next, the paper generalizes it to the whole cycle process, evaluates the DEA efficiency of circular production system, and defines this DEA effectiveness of network deci-sion making units. At last, feasibility and practicability of this model is proved through cases.
