基于设计结构矩阵的装备保障流程识别模型

     

摘要

为解决对装备保障实体进行流程型组织设计中流程识别方法存在不足的问题,构建一种新的流程识别模型.在分析流程识别参考因素的基础上,构建了基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)的"依赖关系-资源-功能元素"(DRFe)流程识别模型并对模型的运行过程进行了说明.最后以装备保障实体派出维修分队进行装备维修保障任务的流程识别为例进行了模型的验证.%To solve the problem of process identifying method to equipment support organization, design a new model of process identifying. Based on the analysis of reference factor to process identifying, a “Dependency-Resource-Function Elements”(DRFe) process identifying model was developed, and the course was explained. At last, identify the equipment maintenance support task process of equipment repair support assigned by equipment support organization for model validation.
