In order to solve the traditional data quality assessment tool's problem that have poor flexibility and versatility, by studying the metadata applications and data quality assessment implementation technology , focus on the role of metadata in the data quality assessment process, data quality assessment meta-data abstraction and the members of meta-data. The tool architectureis is determined, metadata model, and implementation tools are constrcted.
