基于ATML的测试软件平台设计

     

摘要

研究了给予ATML标准的测试系统描述方法,以及描述文档在软件平台设计中的应用.设计和构建了基于ATML的测试软件平台,并对其内部各个子系统进行了详细研究和说明.运用此平台对被测对象进行测试时,软件平台能够自动为被测对象配置测试资源,测试程序能够完全面向被测对象而与硬件无关,实现了测试程序的通用性和可移植性并降低了测试程序的工作量.%Description of test system based on ATML is researched, as well as the application of description documents in designing software platform. The test software platform based on ATML is designed and built, and the sub-systems are researched and illuminated in detail. When taken tests on a UUT using this platform, software platform can allocate test resources for UUT automatically, and test program is object-oriented and independent of test hardware. In this way, the commonality and portability of test program come true and the workload of programming TP is reduced.
