基于移动平台的医院管理决策系统研究

摘要

针对医院决策需要,开发了基于移动平台的医院运营决策系统.首先针对医院现有的数据源(HIS)进行抽取和清洗,并设计了医院多维决策模型,通过多个维度和多种分析途径对病人构成、病人就诊行为、病人费用构成、收入同期对比、成本效益等进行分析；最后设计了移动决策系统的功能结构.系统将为医院领导实时掌握运营状况,提高医院领导决策质量和效率起到积极的作用.%A system of the hospital operational decision-making based on the mobile platform has developed for hospital decision-making.First of extraction and cleaning for the hospital's existing data sources(HIS),hospital multidimensional decision-making model is designed to patients through multiple dimensions and a variety of analytical approaches,patient visits behavior,patient fee structure,year-over year revenue comparison,the cost of effectiveness analysis.Finally,the functional structure of the mobile decision-making system is design.The real-time operating system for the hospital leadership situation,improve the quality and efficiency of hospital leadership decision-making.
