2基于S5PC100的存储器设计与移植实现

摘要

According to memory features of S5PC100,this paper described how to expand DRAM,Nand Flash,Nor Flash and the hardware diagram connecting with the processor,and corresponding expanded memory address was given.By building the embedded software development environment of S5PC100,it was transplanted in the Android 2.1 system,which was proved that the system is feasible.Finally,it analyzed the experimental results,and the system ran well.%根据S5PC100微处理器的存储器特性,论文提出了扩展DRAM、Nand Flash、Nor Flash三种存储器的方法和硬件连接示意图,给出了扩展后所对应的存储器地址.通过为其搭建嵌入式系统的软件开发环境,并在Android 2.1系统上移植实现,验证了系统的可行性.最后,分析了实验结果,系统运行良好.
