原油含水率测量方法的研究

     

摘要

论文介绍了微波技术在原油含水率测量中的应用,对其湿度测量原理进行了分析.设计出一种基于微波透射法的原油含水率的测量系统.并以PLC为处理器对原油的含水率进行了测量.同已知的含水率进行了比较.通过对实验数据的处理,拟合出了原油含水率的拟合直线.实验结果表明,该系统对于含水率在0%~50%的原油进行测量,测量误差在±1%以内.%This paper introduces microwave technology in measurement applications of crude oil moisture,the humidity measurement principle is analysis.This paper designs a crude oil moisture content measurement system base on microwave transmission method.Crude oil moisture content is measured with PLC as the processor.Also compare with the known moisture content of crude oil.Through the experiment data processing,the fitting line of water content of crude oil is fitting out.The experiment result shows this system for crude oil the moisture content in the effective measurement range 0%~50% the measurement error is under± 1%.
