For the problem of the naval fleet radar network deployment with anti-active jamming environment, this article discussed the remained detectable areas, detecting ability dropping indices, warning area overlay of the formation network for air and sea area. An antijamming optimized deployment model and algorithm with many restrictions of maritime fleet radar network are presented. Simulation is validated that the model is feasible. This model is significance for fleet deployment in future sea battlefield environment.%针对海上编队雷达网抗有源噪声压制干扰环境下部署的问题,讨论了编队雷达网对空及对海的残存可探测区面积、探测能力下降指数、责任区覆盖指数,建立了综合考虑多种限制条件下的海上编队雷达网抗动态干扰部署优化模型与算法.论文在动态干扰条件下进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所建立模型的有效性.该模型与算法对未来海战场环境下舰队雷达网实际部署具有重要意义.
