基于VC++环境下射频通道自动测试系统的实现

     

摘要

复杂射频通道由大量的有源、无源微波器件构成,在调试和应用过程中需反复开展大量的测试工作.论文基于Visual C++6.0编译环境,利用GPIB和LAN构建了自动测试系统,在完成对仪器参数远程控制的基础上,实现了数据采集、实时显示与数据处理等功能,满足射频通道典型参数的测试要求,简化了测试流程,提高了测试效率.%Complex radio-frequency channel is made of lots of active and passive device. Substantive test need to be taken on it for checkout and application. In this paper, the automatic testing system is designed and implemented with the interface of GPIB and LAN in VC++ environment. On the base of remotely controlling the devices, the function of data acquisition, data real-time display and data processing is developed in the system. The system meets the radio-frequency channel testing requirements. The test procedure is simplified and the efficiency is also improved.
