外螺纹斜轧机轧制系有限元分析与数值模拟

         

摘要

先对外螺纹斜轧机的斜轧理论、轧制系结构和工作原理的进行了分析;然后在Solidworks环境下,利用特征建模技术建立了轧制系的三维实体模型;并利用Solidworks集成的快速有限元工具COSMOS/Works对轧制系主要零件轧辊和轧辊轴等进行了有限元分析,得出了轧件成形角与牙形斜角对不同轧辊辊形在工作时的应力应变影响规律,为轧辊的优化设计提供可靠依据。%Firstly ,skew rolling theory ,rolling system structure and working principle of external thread skew rolling mill are analyzed .Secondly ,a three-dimensional entity model of rolling system is built by feature modeling technology in Solidworks .Then ,roller and roll mandrel ,etc .of main parts of rolling system are done the finite element analysis by COS-MOS/Works ,a rapid finite element tool integrated in Solidworks ,is used to get stress-strain influence laws of different roll-ers at work when it is given different rolled-piece forming angles and tooch-shape obliques .The conclusions provide a reliable basis for the optimization design of the roller .
