基于遗传算法的士兵绩效评价研究

         

摘要

As a scientific method ,performance evaluation has been introduced into army in daily work ,but evaluation methods tend to be single ,and the more subjective assignment ways will be intend to decide the index of weight coefficients . In order to promote the reliability of the evaluation results ,A series of quantitative indicators are used to reflect every sol‐dier ,and the comprehensive optimization ability of genetic algorithm is used to realize the goal of comprehensive and objective evaluation of indicators .Finally ,an example proves that the evaluation method can increase accuracy .Implementation of quan‐titative method for performance evaluation of soldiers can comprehensively and objectively measure and evaluation of soldiers .%虽然绩效评价已经作为一种科学的人力考核方法引入部队工作中,但是评价的手段往往比较单一,并且在指标权重系数的确定过程中,更多地采取主观赋值的方式。为了实现评价结果的科学性和可靠性,论文用一系列量化的指标将每个士兵进行立体反映,并借助于遗传算法的全面寻优能力,通过机器学习来获取评级过程中的指标权重,以此实现对指标的全面、客观评价。最后,通过实例证明该评价方法在准确率上有所提高,基本上能用定量的手段为士兵绩效评价做出判断,能更加全面地、客观地测量和评鉴兵员的综合实力。
