基于 PLC 和 WinCC 的转底炉炼铁中的冷却监控系统

摘要

介绍了转底炉炼制直接还原铁所采用的喷雾回转筒式冷却机的监控系统的设计和开发，详细阐述了该冷却工段的工艺特点、设备特点及该冷却监控系统的系统方案、硬件系统和软件系统。该系统采用 PLC 为控制中心，触摸屏为人机界面，同时结合总控计算机为工厂管理层，实现冷却过程实时监控和集中管理。%In this paper ,a monitoring and controlling system for reduced iron cooling based on PLC and WinCC is in‐troduced .This system has been adopted in rotary and water spray cooler in rotary hearth iron producing ,and it works well . The feature of the cooling process ,the cooler are described in details ,as well as the system scheme ,hardware system and software system of this cooling system . This system can real‐time monitor and concentrate manage the cooling process through adopting PLC as the control centre ,touch screen as human machine interface and industrial personal computer as ad‐ministration center .
