基于离差最大化和决策者视角的群体决策方法研究

     

摘要

主要针对协同设计过程中设计方案的群决策问题进行研究。将离差最大化和群体决策者视角相结合,以解决群体决策多属性权重系数值的确定和决策者之间认可度的问题。先根据群决策者对方案属性的客观评价值,基于离差最大化算法计算出属性的权重值,然后引入决策者视角,构建视角交互矩阵,与计算出的权重值进行耦合,然后给出各个方案间的排序。最后将该方法应用于一个变速器协同设计方案决策实例,表明该方法的可行性和有效性。%Mainly for design in the process of collaborative design group decision making problems for research ,the maximum deviation and group decision makers view are combined to solve the problem of multiple attribute weight coefficient of group decision value determination and policymakers’ recognition .According to the first group of decision makers to objec‐tive value for the attributes ,based on the algorithm to calculate the weights of attributes values of maximizing deviations , then the perspective of policy makers is introduced ,angle of interaction matrix is built ,and the weight value of coupling is calculated ,between each scheme and give the order .Finally the method is applied to a transmission collaborative design deci‐sion as an example ,example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method .
