基于曲线拟合和对象选择的脱机手写维吾尔文本行切分算法

     

摘要

Aiming to solve the disadvantages of line segmentation method for traditional hand written Uighur text ,es-pecially to segmentation inaccurate problem of skew lines a lienated handwriting ,an algorithm of projection line segmentation for Uighur character text ,based on curve-fitting and object selection is presented in this paper .Projection line segmentation for Uighur character text based on curve-fitting and object selection ,combines curve-fitting and object selection with the tra-ditional projection segementation method .Experimental results show that this method is effective for line segement of hand-written uygur text heavily skewed ,and it can improve the accuracy of line segmentation for handwritten uygur text .%针对传统的手写维吾尔文本的行切分方法中,倾斜行、疏离笔迹等造成的切分不准确问题,提出了基于曲线拟合和对象选择的投影切分方法。基于曲线拟合和对象选择的手写维吾尔文本行切分方法在投影切分方法的基础上结合了曲线拟合和对象选择的处理手段,实验结果表明:对行倾斜较严重的手写维吾尔文本的行切分是有效的,从而使手写维吾尔文本的行切分准确率有较大提高。
