综合集成方法在装备保障方案评价中的研究磁

摘要

论文针对使用阶段装备装备保障方案的复杂特性，提出装备保障方案综合评价系统的概念，并分析装备保障方案综合评价系统的特征。研究从定性到定量的综合二机车方法在装备保障方案综合评价中的应用，构想装备保障方案综合评价系统的基本框架结构，设计体现综合集成思想的评价流程，提出一种专家意见收敛机制。%Aiming at processing complex character of equipment support plan evaluation in using stage ,a concept invol‐ving integrated evaluating system for equipment support plan is proposed and character of which is analyzed .Research on qualitative and quantitative integrated methods for equipment support plan are carried out .Then ,basic framework is men‐tioned and flow of system is designed .At last but not least ,an algorithm for collecting experts opinions is also studied .
