对 BC3193测试系统测量不确定度的评定磁

摘要

论文通过对测量不确定度的介绍，并以光电耦合器测试系统 BC3193为例，分析总结了对测试系统进行不确定度评定的方法。文中提出的不确定评定方法在对其他测试系统的不确定度评定也具有很好的参考意义。%The method for evaluation of the uncertainty of the test system is introduced through the introduction of un‐certainty of measurement ,and taking the photoelectric coupler BC3193 test system as an example .In this paper ,the uncer‐tainty evaluation method on the uncertainty of other test system assessment also has great referential significance .
