论文基于大功率电源模块的工作原理及特点,介绍了其老炼原理及标准,提出了老炼过程中存在的几个问题。通过热特性测试和仿真、发热区域红外热成像分析结合老炼试验方案设计等手段,解决了 VICOR 公司生产的 V24A24M300BL大功率电源模块的满功率老炼问题,提出了大功率系列电源的壳温控制方法,说明了热阻参数二次测试的必要性,最后给出了大功率电源模块的老炼流程及方法。%In this paper ,based on the working principle and characteristics of high power supply module ,the burn‐in principle and standard are introduced ,proposing some problems existing in burn‐in process .Through the thermal character‐istic test and simulation ,the thermal imaging analysis for heating area combining with the aging test method ,the question of full power burn‐in for V24A24M300BL produced by VICOR company is solved ,and the burn‐in method of high power mod‐ules series is proposed ,the necessity of thermalparameters of two tests is illustrated ,and finally the burn‐in procedure and method of power supply module is provided .
