基于 ARM 的某型装备电路检测诊断设备设计磁

摘要

In view of the fact that a certain type of equipment can not find out the fault location of the circuit module ,u‐sing computer testing ,virtual instrument ,fault diagnosis ,embedded control technology ,the paper develops a certain type of equipment circuit detection and diagnosis equipment ,and locates fault in the circuit module and the main components success‐fully .%针对某型装备无法进行电路模块级故障定位的实际，综合运用计算机测试、虚拟仪器、故障诊断、嵌入式控制等技术，开发了某型装备电路检测诊断设备，成功实现了对电路模块级及主要元器件故障的准确定位。
