极低频电磁场扰动下神经元的电活动特性

         

摘要

There are more and more electromagnetic radiation devices creating many types of environmental electromagnetic fields in our daily life. The electrical activity of nervous system is one of the most sensitive life activities in human body which expo-sure to various environments electromagnetic field. In order to examine the effect of environmental electromagnetic radiation on the electrical activity of the nervous system,a new neuron model based on the HH model is established. Several special environmental electromagnetic fields are used as inputs to study the nervous electrical activity. The results show that the influence of low-frequency and high-amplitude environmental electric field on neuronal electrical activity is greater.%现代生活中电磁辐射设备越来越多,使环境电磁场的种类也越来越多,神经系统的电活动是人体反应最敏感的生命活动之一,神经系统在长期接受各种不同的环境电磁场的曝露.为了考查环境电磁辐射对神经系统电活动的影响,在Hodgkin-Huxley(HH)模型基础上,建立在外场作用下的神经元模型,将几种特殊的环境电磁场作为输入,研究了神经系统的电活动与外界环境电磁场之间的关系,研究不同幅值不同频率的外加电磁场对神经系统电活动的影响.研究结果显示了低频、高幅值的环境电场对神经元电活动的影响更大.
