Traffic transportation planning is an important approach to optimize and configure the traffic resource. As to large lo-gistics transportations,how to minimize the cost of logistics transportations within the limitation of time constrains is the target for many logistics companies. Based on GIS technology from Google Maps,this paper presents the transportation cost computation framework and the tool for large logistics with the basic mechanism and implementation method illustrated. The experiment verifies the usability and validity of the tool.%针对目前公路大型物流运输成本居高不下而效率低下这一现状,论文应用Google Maps提供的GIS技术,利用JavaScript API,并结合已有的公路运输成本测度方面的研究,考虑到燃油消耗费和道路通行费是我国公路运输成本的重要构成部分及成本上涨的主要驱动因素,构建了公路大型物流运输成本计量模型,在此基础上进一步提出了对长途运输和市区内短途运输均适用的公路物流运输成本优化框架和运输路线方案决策工具,阐述了其基本原理及实施方法,并通过实证研究验证了其高效性,从而实现了基于GIS的智能化公路运输成本计量和最优路径的选择,达到了优化物流运输、降低运输成本的目的.
