When optimizing the grating system,its objective function is usually complex and multi-parameters. The objective function usually can not achieve the best value when single or simple repeat the GA program,the optimization for the parameters of function can not meet the optimized requirements. To cope with this question,this paper has improved the genetic algorithm and bought forward a set of process of running the improved genetic algorithm. The result turns to be accurate when this method is ap-plied to optimize the grating system and get the best optimization parameters of the objective function.%在光栅系统的优化中,其目标函数往往是多自变量的复杂函数.单次或简单重复运行遗传算法程序通常无法使目标函数达到最值,函数参量的寻优无法达到优化要求.针对该问题,论文改进了遗传算法并提出一套运行该改进型遗传算法的流程.将该方法运用于优化光栅系统目标函数并求取最优函数参量,计算结果证明该方法准确有效.
